ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:
1. Document management: Manage and maintain construction documents, such as contracts, drawings, and permits.
2. Communication: Coordinate communication between site staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Record-keeping: Keep accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, such as daily/weekly progress reports, to stakeholders.
5. Site administration: Manage site office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
6. Support site team_: Provide administrative support to site staff, including preparing documents, arranging meetings, and managing correspondence.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Administrative experience: Experience in administration, preferably in a construction setting.
2. Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Software proficiency : Powerpoint,excel etc
5. Quotation preparation required and guide by project pm
