- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Enforce workplace safety and security procedures in compliance with WSH and company policies.
- Liaise with transport and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular team briefings, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle incident reporting, shift scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
