As an Executive, you will support the Directors in operationalising TriGen’s mission and laying the groundwork for a strong, mission-aligned team. You will be responsible for supporting programme execution, volunteer engagement, and operational coordination to enable the smooth delivery of TriGen’s intergenerational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Design and Implementation
- Assist in the design and rollout of intergenerational programmes with measurable outcomes.
- Support Medical Leads and community partners to ensure programme relevance.
- Provide on-the-ground support for smooth programme delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, document plans, and track implementation milestones.
2. Volunteer Management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and communication with youth volunteers.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain a positive volunteer experience and serve as a point of contact for feedback.
- Support volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives.
3. Training and Development
- Assist in preparing and delivering volunteer training sessions.
- Facilitate small-group reflections and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate with trainers and healthcare partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the development of youth volunteer leaders in healthcare.
4. Partnership Coordination
- Liaise with healthcare and community partners on operational arrangements.
- Assist in TriGen’s expansion into new public healthcare institutions
- Work closely with Youth Corps Singapore to recruit and manage youth volunteers
5. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Collect data to support programme learning and reporting.
- Assist in documenting stories of impact and programme insights.
- Support evaluation processes for internal reflection and external reporting.
6. Fundraising Support and Donor Engagement
- Assist in the preparation of fundraising proposals, reports, and related materials.
- Coordinate donor communications and engagement activities.
- Maintain donor records and track fulfilment of funding requirements. Support donor-related events and appreciation efforts
Requirements
- Values : Genuine belief in TriGen’s mission of intergenerational care and a desire to contribute meaningfully to both community health and youth empowerment.
- Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in social sciences, healthcare, community development, or a related field.
- Experience : 1–3 years of relevant working experience in community-based, volunteer-driven, or healthcare programmes. Prior internship or volunteering experience will be considered.
- Organisational Skills : Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate logistics efficiently.
- Communication : Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to liaise with volunteers and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Team Player : Willing to take initiative while being dependable in a supporting role. Comfortable working across teams and sectors.
- Learning Mindset : Open to learning across domains—healthcare, youth development, volunteerism, and operations.
- Work Schedule : Willingness to work on some weekday evenings and weekends to support volunteer engagement, programme delivery, and stakeholder meetings. A time-off system will be in place to ensure adequate rest and work-life balance.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with basic data entry, volunteer databases, or comms tools (e.g. Canva) would be helpful.
