Job Summary:

As a Full-Time Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store—welcoming customers, helping them find the perfect souvenir, and ensuring the shop remains tidy, cheerful, and well-stocked. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service : Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers
• Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues
• Sales Transactions : Handle various payment methods, including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards
• Merchandise Management : Restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Store Maintenance : Maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor and ensuring the store is organized
• Loss Prevention : Monitoring customer activities to prevent theft and ensure store security.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational abilities
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Prior experience in retail or customer service will be advantageous
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended period
• Eagerness to learn and grow languages is a plus
• Able to perform shift work
