Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and quality of cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, efficient manpower deployment, and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily cleaning operations and site teams.
• Plan manpower schedules and allocate resources to meet service level agreements.
• Monitor cleanliness quality, perform site inspections, and address performance gaps.
• Liaise with clients, handle feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and environmental standards.
• Support training, onboarding, and performance management of cleaning staff.
• Participate in cleaner recruitment and selection process to ensure manpower readiness.
• Contribute operational inputs for tender proposals, including site solutions, costing, and manpower planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Environmental Services or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in cleaning operations.
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, including weekends as operationally required.
