Entry-Level AI Engineer & Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a capable and proactive Entry-Level AI Engineer & Project Coordinator to support both the technical development and cross-functional delivery of AI/ML solutions. This hybrid role is ideal for recent Master’s graduates who are passionate about artificial intelligence and also keen to build experience in product coordination, stakeholder communication, and structured delivery processes.

You will be involved in designing and deploying AI models, while also assisting in project management, timeline tracking, and alignment across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Engineering

• Support the development and optimization of scalable AI/ML models for enterprise use cases.
• Build and test algorithms for data extraction, transformation, and model deployment.
• Conduct experiments, analyze model performance, and resolve technical bugs.
• Work with relevant platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker) for training and deployment.

Project & Product Coordination

• Assist in defining project milestones, scope, and deliverables for AI/ML-related workstreams.
• Coordinate across AI engineers, product managers, business analysts, and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Track progress, flag risks, and support documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, status updates, task trackers).
• Ensure alignment between technical development and product goals, with a focus on delivery quality and communication.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree or above in one of the following or closely related disciplines:

• Computer Science
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Data Science
• Information Technology
• Programming & Systems Analysis
• Science (Computer Studies)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Solid understanding of AI model design, evaluation, and deployment techniques
• Experience working with large-scale or real-time datasets
• Familiarity with software development workflows, version control (e.g., Git), and model lifecycle tools

Project & Communication Skills

• Strong interest in product or project management, with basic familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana
• Ability to organize tasks, coordinate schedules, and manage follow-ups
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred as you will collaborate with China-based AI product teams and vendors
