Adeline Consultancy is dedicated to helping adults, particularly older learners, successfully re-enter the workforce by providing tailored education, career counseling, and support.

We are seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and support the smooth functioning of our consultant services and education programs.

As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations, managing office resources, assisting with program logistics, and supporting the programme team in implementing various initiatives. You will play a critical role in maintaining the office’s structure and ensuring the program’s success by handling day-to-day tasks that enable the team to focus on providing high-quality education and career support services to learners, particularly older adults.


Primary Tasks

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and other staff involved in education programs and consultancy services.
  • Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries from prospective learners, employers, and community partners.
  • Order program logistics, office supplies, manage inventory, organise and maintain records, files, and documentation related to learners, programs, and staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate classes, ensuring that facilities and instructors are available.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for learners, answering questions, providing information, helping them navigate the program and completing paperwork, submitting applications, or booking sessions.
  • Coordinate learner registrations, maintain accurate enrollment records, and support learners throughout their journey from intake to program completion.
  • Track and maintain data on learner enrollment, attendance, and progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist the Director with invoicing, budgeting, and processing payments related to programs and consultancy services, including tracking expenses and managing financial records.
  • Maintain records for accreditation and audit purposes.

Expected Skills

  • At least 40 years of age (Mid-Career Pathways Programme)
  • Organised, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of consultancy and education centre.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, Public Admin, HR, Education, Communications or relevant.
  • Comprehensive experience in office management, admin support, or program coordination.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively (dealing with last-minute priority), manage multiple tasks, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel&Word) is a must. Proficient in Google Suite is a plus.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with fantastic written and verbal communication skills to interact with different groups of individuals.
  • Capability to anticipate program and office needs and solve issues proactively, ensuring a seamless workflow for staff and learners.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining records, tracking learner data, and managing program logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
