Trainer (IT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Technology Trainer with a strong foundation in Robotics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a local university with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on industry or teaching experience . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering IT training programs, with a specific focus on robotics technologies, to a wide range of learners from students to working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions on IT topics, particularly robotics and automation systems.
• Develop training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning resources.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring learners grasp core concepts and applications.
• Stay updated on the latest robotics trends, tools, and technologies.
• Evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, academic partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure relevance of training content.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance in IT-related fields.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Robotics Engineering, or a related field from a local university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related IT or training role, with practical exposure to robotics systems.
• Proficient in programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching or training certifications.
• Experience with educational technology platforms and online training delivery.
• Prior work with robotic arms, drones, or autonomous systems.
