  • Lead and execute daily manufacturing operations (upstream or downstream), including the preparation, operation, and monitoring of bioprocess equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography systems, and filtration units.
  • Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Validation).
  • Support technology transfer and scale-up activities from process development through to commercial production.
  • Author and review batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other cGMP documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior biotechnologists and technicians to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and deviation investigations.
  • Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), GMP, and internal quality standards during all manufacturing activities.
