  • Ensure installation of equipment at proper location/s and system/s working in good condition at site/s
  • Diagnose and perform troubleshooting on sites
  • Identify correct technical issues and report on replacement parts/repair required
  • Accurately documented work done on site/s & Maintain organised records
  • Investigate and resolve open issues with Support team
    • Train customers (Internal & External) on the proper use of equipment and systems


  • Class 3 Driving License is a must
  • Good communication & Interpretation skills (Verbal/Written)
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills
  • Fast Learner, Meticulous, Self Motivated, Well organised & able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure, constantly meet deadlines and follow up through the progress
  • Able to travel to Paya Lebar
