Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and team player to be part of the Marketing team. This role requires innovative and creative thinking, and hands-on execution.

  • Create and update marketing collaterals and communications materials
  • Regularly update marketing database with new leads obtained from events and emails
  • Utilise marketing automation software to bring leads into the marketing and sales funnel
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing strategies
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with teams to plan, create, and design compelling marketing content for digital and offline channels, including video, social media, website, and presentations.
  • Develop and manage social media marketing strategies and calendars across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (RedNote), WeChat), and engage with online audiences
  • Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies with agency and ensure deliverables are met
  • Manage website content and keep it up-to-date and running smoothly
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics (e.g., digital ads, events), prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns
  • Develop and update content for mobile apps
  • Photography and/or videography for social media channels during events
  • Manage marketing and events calendar
  • Manage events from start to end
  • Liaise and manage external vendors and suppliers
  • Weekly competitor watch i.e. product offerings, price lists
  • Daily news monitoring of industry trends
  • Research upcoming industry events, attend events and present findings
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and regulations related to marketing and ensure compliance
  • Manage marketing inventory of corporate premiums, and source for merchandise when needed
  • Assist in other marketing, admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in marketing and communications or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Experience in an agency would be an advantage)
  • Familiar and fluent with digital/data tools, e.g., Google Analytics, CRM and marketing tools, etc, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
  • Proficiency in content creation, market research and copywriting
Self-starter with proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong attention to detail
