Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, whether you are a seasoned drama educator, a performer looking to teach, or someone exploring creative education for the first time.
You’re the right fit if you are:
- Passionate about theatre and drama and working with children or young people
- Energetic, imaginative, and a great communicator
- Reliable, professional, and committed to creating a positive learning environment
- Comfortable leading sessions, improvising, and working in a collaborative space
- Open to learning and growing within the Tamasha approach
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in directing or devising short performances
- Knowledge of Trinity College London’s Speech & Drama or Communication Skills programs
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and learning needs
- Skills in singing, movement, creative writing, or storytelling
