Job Title: Operations Administrator
Job Summary:
The Operations Administrator supports the daily operations of the company by handling administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and management.
- Prepare and manage operational documents, reports, and records.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, office supplies, and equipment.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, deliveries, and procurement.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of operational databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with scheduling of meetings, transport, or manpower deployment.
- Support in tracking KPIs, expenses, and operational performance.
- Help enforce company policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Prior experience in administrative or operations support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and good time management.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain workflows
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
