About the Role:
Were looking for an organised and curious mind to join our spa operations team as a Logistics & Inventory Intern. This is your backstage pass to see how inventory, orders, and customer deliveries come togetherespecially in the self-care and wellness space.
What Youll Do:
- Raise and receive bi-weekly/ad hoc spa orders with our 3PL (third-party logistics) partner
- Update stock movement in our inventory system
- Process marketplace orders manually (dont worry, well teach you)
- Track delivery issues and work with our logistics team to resolve them
- Help reconcile stock counts and update our monthly reports
- Prepare service claims to 3PL when needed
- Assist in monthly bundle creation and any logistics-related requests
- Balance and match inventory records between spa POS and WMS
- Perform quarterly audits and spot-checks for spa inventory
- Real experience with 3PL coordination and WMS systems
- How to troubleshoot stock and order issues in a live business setting
- Working across teams: spa ops, finance, and logistics
- Time management, data accuracy, and reporting

Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers
- Good with Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate clearly and work with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and resourceful willing to take initiative and learn on the go
- Comfortable with both independent work and team support
- Available for at least 3 months, full-time preferred
- Bonus if youve had experience with inventory tools or order processing systems (not a must)
