We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Data Analyst (Entry-Level) to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for recent graduates eager to apply data analysis in digital marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing campaign data from platforms such as Google Analytics, social media, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Support the design and monitoring of A/B tests and customer engagement metrics.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, retention, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize digital channels, advertising spend, and user journey flows.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis using data tools and reports.
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align on audience insights and campaign targeting.
- Education: Master degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Other Skills: Strong data storytelling and presentation abilities Ability to translate complex data into clear marketing strategies Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (Mandrin is needed as you will be having the opportunity to communicate and present to clients in china)
