Retail Sales Associate

Mondays Made is a jewelry brand known for its thoughtfully designed collections that inspire self-expression. We’re opening our new retail store and seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and general inquiries.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
• Professionally resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Promote products and cross-sell to achieve sales targets.
• Manage online order collections and after-sales services.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Passionate about jewelry and fashion
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and a variable schedule.
• Fluent in English.
• Singapore and PRs only.

Benefits (Full-Time)

• $12/hour plus commission for every sale

• Must be able to commit to at least 2 to 3 days a week
