We’re looking for a creative and hands-on individual to support our growing e-commerce operations and social media presence!

Job Scope:

  • Manage online store listings (upload products, update descriptions & pricing)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
  • Assist in managing our TikTok account (post content, reply comments, grow engagement)
  • Support content creation – photo/video editing, social media posts
  • Perform admin tasks related to e-commerce
    • Edit short videos for product & promo use

Requirements:

  • Basic skills in CapCut (video editing) and Canva (design & layout)
  • Interest in e-commerce, social media & online marketing
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using online tools and platforms
