About the Role:
Care is looking for a highly energetic and proactive Product Executive to join our growing Product team in the dynamic healthcare & wellness space. This is a junior role, perfect for an organized and collaborative individual eager to play a crucial part in bringing innovative products and services to life and ensuring their smooth operation.
As a Product Executive, you'll be the backbone for our Product Managers, directly assisting them with day-to-day operational tasks that keep our products moving from concept to reality. You'll be a key liaison with external partners, manage vital communications, and help streamline the processes involved in launching and supporting our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support for Product Delivery: Assist Product Managers in coordinating the operational aspects of bringing new products, features, or services into production.
Help define and document operational workflows and processes required for new product launches.
Track and follow up on dependencies with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution. - Product Development Support: Assist Product Managers in drafting clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product requirements.
Facilitate initial discussions and clarify requirements with the engineering/tech team to ensure shared understanding.
Support the organization and management of product backlogs under the guidance of Product Managers. - External Party Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for operational queries from external partners, vendors, or service providers involved in product delivery, including Business Development (BD) partners.
Facilitate communication and information flow between Product Managers and external stakeholders. - Communication Management: Prepare and disseminate internal communications regarding product updates, operational changes, and launch readiness to relevant teams (e.g., customer support, BD, marketing).
Assist in drafting external communications or documentation related to product operations. - Process Improvement & Documentation: Help identify opportunities to optimize existing product operations processes for efficiency and scalability.
Create and maintain operational documentation, guides, and FAQs. - Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general administrative and project support to Product Managers as needed, assisting with tasks that ensure projects stay on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, administrative support, or similar role (internship experience highly valued).
- High energy level, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes rapidly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft Office).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a technology-driven company, especially within the healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle or product launch process.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering/tech.
