Front Desk Host (Night Shift)

Job Summary

As the sole team member on duty during overnight hours, the Night Front Office Host plays a dual role: delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring the safety and security of the property. This position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, calm under pressure, and confident managing situations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out via the hotel’s smart kiosk system.
• Respond to guest inquiries and service requests through in-person, phone, or digital channels.
• Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised access and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; report any suspicious activity or incidents.
• Act as the first responder in emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, or guest disturbances.
• Perform nightly audits, reconcile transactions, and prepare shift reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces and co-living areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for next-day operations.
• Uphold ST Signature’s brand values and maintain a welcoming, secure environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in front office, security, or hospitality preferred; fresh graduates with strong initiative are welcome.
• Comfortable working night shifts independently, including weekends and public Holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanour.
