  • Oversee Daily Operations
    Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Staff Management
    Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance; schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by handling complaints and resolving service issues promptly.
  • Inventory & Supply Management
    Monitor stock levels, order food and supplies, and coordinate with vendors to maintain consistent availability.
  • Financial Management
    Manage budgets, control costs, track daily sales, and prepare financial reports for management.
  • Health & Safety Compliance
    Ensure the restaurant meets hygiene, health, and safety regulations as required by local authorities.
  • Menu Coordination
    Work with chefs to review and update the menu based on customer feedback, trends, and profitability.
  • Marketing & Promotions
    Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Quality Control
    Maintain food quality, portion sizes, and presentation in accordance with brand standards.
  • Operational Improvement
    Identify areas for improvement in service, operations, or costs and implement effective solutions.
