Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Monitor product performance, analyze features, and suggest improvements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business need
• Develop and support middle-to-back office capabilities for private/public market processes
• Develop, implement, and manage Objectives and KeyResults for the product team to ensure alignment with Project goals
• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns anddevelop models to support business processes.
• Lead Agile practices and coordinate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning reviews.

Requirement

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Business Analyst main focus on Financial Products.
• Experience in complex IT projects, including System integrations and data migrations.
• High expertise in Java, Oracle SQL, and APIs
• Experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, model development.
• Experience in Product Management and Agile Methodology
• Develop and deploy advanced analytics tools, such as ROI calculators and value dashboards, to quantify and communicate value to clients.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modelling, and tool development.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and implement advanced analytics and visualization solutions.
