Learning Hub Manager
PHILOS LEARNING HUB (PTE. LIMITED)

This position reports to the director and interfaces with the organisation's staff. Philos Learning Hub (Pte. Limited) is seeking a highly motivated Hub Manager to oversee and administer the daily operations of our learning centre. This pivotal role encompasses the comprehensive management of tutoring services, strategic marketing initiatives, and exceptional customer relations. The Hub Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hub, driving student enrolment and retention, and maintaining a high standard of educational delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:
1. Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the learning hub, including facility management, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and company policies.
2. Coordinate and support tutoring services, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards, monitoring the quality of academic delivery, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified tutors.
3. Monitor student academic progress and implement corrective actions as needed, facilitating effective communication between tutors, students, and parents regarding learning goals and performance.
4. Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing strategies to promote the hub's programs and attract new students.
5. Manage promotional activities, including organizing open houses and community outreach events, to enhance the hub's visibility and engagement.
6. Oversee the hub's local digital presence, including website updates and social media engagement, to maintain an active and informative online profile.
7. Serve as the primary liaison for all student and parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in educational administration, centre management, or a similar role, with demonstrated exposure to tutoring, marketing, and customer service functions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with the Singapore education system and local market dynamics is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and willingness to learn new educational management systems.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success and well-being.
