Bread Baker

Working hours: 6 days work week / 10hrs per day inclusive of break
Monday is off

• Prepare and bake various types of bread, including sourdough, baguettes, rolls, and specialty loaves.
• Follow and develop recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in all products.
• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough, including the operation of mixers and other bakery equipment.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
• Shape and mold dough into desired forms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other bakers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in the development of new bread recipes and products.

• At least 1 year of experience in baking
• Familiar with baking Viennoiserie and Sourdough
