Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

• Be rotated in different teams, including trading risk desk, commercial desk, finance, operation desk, chartering desk etc. to learn all trading related key functions, company policies, and SOPs.
• Join operation team, charter team to gain operation and chartering knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Liaise with Managers, Supervisors across different teams as and when required.
• Fulfil requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team leader/head of department.

Requirements:

• With a diploma and above in business, economics, commerce, trade, or marine-related.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs– Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills
• Young and ambitious to learn, self-driven, and ability to take initiative
• Bilingual in Chinese and English as this role needs to associate with Chinese-speaking parties.
