We are awarded with Top Seller for Shopee Personal Care category for 2022 and we are looking for a E-Commerce Operation Executive to manage the day to day operations.

Job Scope

• Operations

• o Picking, packing of outgoing orders
• o Checking quality and quantity of incoming goods
• o Performing routine stocktaking of goods and inventory reconciliation

• Customer Service

• o Handling customers enquiries
• o Manage return and refund requests

• E-Commerce

• o Update new launches and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms
• o Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive more sales
• o Support team in roadshows & sale events

Working Days & Hours

5.5 days per week

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch break

Saturday: 10am – 2pm

Salary Package

• Salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel
