Customer Service Associate

Scope Of Work

• Assist passengers at counters with enquiries and bookings on transport arrangements.

• Provide accurate information on transport options, rates, and waiting times.

• Manage queues and ensure safe, smooth boarding at pick-up points.

• Advise passengers on alternative transport during peak periods.

Issue service forms and collect payments from drivers upon booking confirmation.

Requirements

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to use electronics devices e.g. tablets and walkie-talkies.

• Perform point of sales transactions.

• Customer centric and willing to go the extra mile.

• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to converse in English.

• Willing to perform shift work – 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.
