    • Problem investigation, replication and resolution


Requirements:

  • MBA Finance / Finance Graduate
  • 8+ years of expertise in SCD support
  • Past work experience of supporting traders and investment operations
  • SME in trading application support
  • Knowledge of financial workflow
  • Problem investigation and resolution
  • Knowledge of various financial interfaces
  • Good experience in providing L3 support and trading workflows for various financial products used by investment institutions
  • Good communication skills
