We are seeking a meticulous and tech savvy individual to join our team as HR Assistant/Officer in F&B establishment. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, perfect for candidate with strong EXCEL skills looking to start their HR career.
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
- Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on-time.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
- Maintain payroll records and assist in statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, etc). Support payroll reporting and compliance checks
General HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records
- Prepare HR letters
- Manage employee leave, attendance and benefits Other task assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum certificate/diploma in related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
