We are seeking a meticulous and tech savvy individual to join our team as HR Assistant/Officer in F&B establishment. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, perfect for candidate with strong EXCEL skills looking to start their HR career.


Job Responsibilities:


Payroll Administration

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on-time.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and assist in statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, etc).
  • Support payroll reporting and compliance checks


General HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Prepare HR letters
  • Manage employee leave, attendance and benefits
  • Other task assigned by Management


Requirements:

  • Minimum certificate/diploma in related discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
