Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate corporate secretarial, accounting, or compliance-related matters.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Meeting & Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Support to Management: Provide administrative support to directors and senior staff, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance administrative efficiency and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience , preferably in a corporate services, legal, or accounting firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ACRA BizFile+, IRAS, and other Singapore regulatory portals is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
