On-site Recruiter

Hi everyone, we are looking for an on-site recruiter this Friday & half-day on Saturday (27-28 Jun) at Plaza Singapura.

Background:

• Our client has a launch event from 26-29 Jun

• We will conduct in-person FGDs with recruited participants later this year

• FGD participants will get a $50 incentive participate in the FGD later in the year.

• Forbes will reach out to them with confirmed details closer to the date.

Job Details:

• Working Hours (Hours are flexible & targets will be adjusted by no. of hours worked)

—> Fri (27 Jun): 11am - 7pm (with 1h unpaid lunch)

—> Sat (28 Jun) 11am - 3pm

• Recruit FGD participants via our 1-2min form on the tablet

• Target Audience:

—> 20pax general public, 20pax NSmen (still completing reservist cycles) & 10pax NSFs (currently serving NS)

—> Already using the Kakee app or are interested to use the Kakee app

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Comfortable using a tablet.
  

Rate:

• $18/hour. Target is 8 responses/hour

• An additional $5 bonus for every extra 10 responses beyond the target.

• Small penalty will be imposed for shortfalls
