ICT Business Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the business, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable solutions. You will also take on traditional Business Analyst responsibilities, such as gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and supporting project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to stakeholders across departments to understand needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather business requirements and define project scope.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through to testing and deployment.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Bridge communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Prepare and present business cases, reports, and documentation to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement, project delivery, or change management is a plus.
