Now, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Full Time Producer to join us on several upcoming video projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and want to work on diverse productions—from event shoots to e-learning and immersive video—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end production for government projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery.
• Oversee a variety of content types: event coverage, e-learning modules, narrative films, and immersive experiences.
• Coordinate with clients, crew, and post-production teams to maintain high standards while meeting deadlines.
• Optimize workflows for efficiency—we value results over hours clocked .
• Bring creative problem-solving to overcome production challenges.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience doing assistant producing or producing work. If you don’t have experience, but is willing to learn and work hard, we welcome you too!
• A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers projects flawlessly.
• Highly organized with an eagle eye for detail—nothing slips through the cracks.
• Responsive and reliable —you keep communication clear and deadlines tight.
• Experience in government or corporate projects is a plus , but not mandatory.
• Bonus if you have a creative edge and can contribute fresh ideas.
