Job Title: Front Line Crew (F&B & Sales Support)
Working Hours: Tuesday - Sunday, 3pm - 12am

Job Description:

• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally
• Clear and clean tables to maintain a neat and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with food and drink preparation as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Promote and upsell menu items or ongoing promotions to boost sales
• Handle cash, operate the POS system, and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and serving area
• Replenish condiments, utensils, and other dining essentials
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Support other front-of-house duties as assigned
