Job Description:
Our client is a pioneering blockchain company headquartered in Hong Kong, developing cutting-edge decentralized applications and infrastructure solutions. As the business scales globally, they are looking to hire a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring efforts across key technical and non-technical functions. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The role requires experience in hiring for blockchain, crypto, or tech roles, with a strong network and understanding of talent markets in Asia and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical (e.g., blockchain engineers, smart contract developers) and business (e.g., marketing, operations) roles
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning
- Actively source and engage high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Web3 communities
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top blockchain employer
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry networks
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and quality of hire Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in Web3 and fintech talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a high-growth tech or blockchain environment
- Proven success in recruiting across engineering, product, and business teams
- Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 talent ecosystem and technical skill sets
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, Discord, Telegram, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
