Job Title: Finance & Reporting Specialist
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $3,000 – $3,200/month
Work Hours: Office hours (Mon–Fri)

• Lease Accounting (FRS 116): Be our go-to on lease entries and ensure compliance
• Accounts Payable: Keep track of purchases, process vendor payments, and never miss a beat
• Petty Cash Management: Handle it with care, precision, and a watchful eye
• Payroll Support: Maintain time records so everyone gets paid right, on time, every time
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Prepare monthly management reports
  Break down expenses to help us make smarter decisions
• System Migration: We’re upgrading our accounting software
• Audit Readiness: Support audit processes by liaising with auditors and prepping key documents.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Jump in and contribute where finance knowledge is needed.
  

• Hold a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understand FRS 116 and apply it confidently.
• Have hands-on experience in accounts payable , reconciliations , and payroll tracking .
• Value accuracy, structure, and consistency.
Are confident in internal controls and documenting SOPs
