Senior Technology Manager

Work Description:

• Lead and manage technology development and implementation strategies across various projects.
• Oversee a team in the design, development, and deployment of technological solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with business goals.
• Manage technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of systems.
• Supervise and guide the research and development (R&D) process, evaluating new technologies and platforms to enhance company offerings.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve technical challenges, driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports, project plans, timelines, and presentations on technology progress, performance, and future recommendations.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic technology direction and business growth opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to interface with international partners and clients.
• Experience in leading large-scale technology initiatives and projects in both domestic and global markets.
• A strong understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity) and their application in business environments.
• Ability to build and maintain strong technical networks, ideally with a solid understanding of the tech ecosystem in China.
