Project Manager - Interior Design Co

Responsibilities

• Developing project timelines, coordinating schedules, and managing resources to ensure projects stay on track.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring their vision is understood and implemented.
• Collaborating with designers, contractors, and suppliers, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality work.
• Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and managing timelines to avoid overruns or delays.
• Ensuring the quality of design and construction, troubleshooting on-site issues, and maintaining high standards of work.
• Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
• Identifying and resolving potential issues, escalating critical problems as needed.
• Minimum relevant Diploma and above
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Good organisation, communication, administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Interior Design and Construction
• Financial Acumen
• Adaptability
