About Us

We are a hands-on construction company executing projects like epoxy flooring, waterproofing, AAC/ALC walls with plastering and skim coat, and various minor upgrading works. We’re looking for a capable individual who can manage site operations independently and ensure smooth execution of works.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily site operations for multiple ongoing projects

• Guide supervisors and workers on site activities

• Mark out works on site according to drawings

• Coordinate material deliveries and site readiness

• Monitor workmanship and quality control

• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal team

• Report daily progress, issues, and manpower needs

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction

• 2–5 years experience in construction site works,

• Experience in architectural/finishing trades like epoxy flooring will be a plus

• Able to read drawings and mark out works on site

• Hands-on, proactive, and can work independently

• Good team coordination and communication skills
