Finance Manager

Job Description:

Our client is a prominent real estate developer with a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Asia. Known for delivering high-quality developments and sustainable design, they are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to strengthen its financial planning, analysis, and project accounting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including monthly closing, forecasting, and statutory reporting
• Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis for real estate developments
• Partner with project teams to assess financial feasibility, monitor cash flow, and evaluate ROI
• Prepare and review financial models for new investments, acquisitions, or divestments
• Support the annual budget and long-term business planning process
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Provide insights and financial recommendations to senior management for decision-making
• Lead improvements in financial systems, processes, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 7 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate or property development sector
• Strong experience in project accounting, financial modeling, and cash flow management
• Familiarity with IFRS, local tax regulations, and real estate funding structures
• High level of proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Yardi)
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus
