The receptionist is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, supervising task delegation & ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business & office run smoothly Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people What you will do:

The receptionist is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, supervising task delegation & ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business & office run smoothly Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people What you will do:
- General front office duties, including answering phone calls
- Receive all visitors and guests and perform basic security processes
- Attend to visiting F5 employees, clients and vendors
- Manage the resupply of pantry and office supplies, letterhead and business cards for the office.
- Show visitor/client to the relevant meeting room
- Process, receive and deliver incoming/outgoing deliveries
- Assist in arranging local and oversea couriers
- Manage visitor passes for building access
- Assist in Key management
- Other administrative and logistical support to the Workplace team in the Singapore office
- Perform other duties as assigned; which may include various set-up, moving, clearing, clean-up and organizing, duties related to personnel changes, unexpected workplace scenarios or special events.
- The position involves work on-site ( 5 days)
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
