Job Summary: Key role is to assist Senior Manager, Operations to manage Physical Commodities Operations (Precious/Base/Energy), providing and ensuring key controls are adhered to Candidate Summary: Knowledge, technical skills and expertise: • Experience in supervisory and mentoring • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support team development • Hands on experience in Physical Commodities Operations (Base/Energy/Precious) • Ability to anticipate challenges and design/document effective strategic solutions • Understanding of trade lifecycle and risk management principles • Resourceful and result oriented with a track record of resolving complex operational issues • Capable of delivering high quality outcomes within deadline. • Good verbal and written communication skill with the ability to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties. • A strong client focused mindset, ensuring service excellence and responsiveness • Diligent and thorough in executing all job-related responsibilities Qualification Summary: • Degree in business or another field • 2 years or more product and supervisory experience in Commodity Operations. • Preferably good knowledge in similar role
