DESIGNATION : Senior/Executive, Home Care
RESPONSIBILITIES
The jobholder is responsible for the provision of administration support for the home care department to ensure smooth delivery of quality care to the clients and their family members. As part of the team, he/she is expected to work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
- Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to manage referrals, provide personalized eldercare advice, coordinate service agreements, and maintain key databases (ILTC portal and CRM).
- Prepares daily and monthly revenue and claims reports for management and finance, supporting government subsidy submissions.
- Assists with staff rostering and client-staff assignments under the guidance of the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM).
- Handles calls, manages enquiries and feedback, and provides financial counselling for clients when needed.
- Ensures proper documentation and facilitates communication among clients, families, and care teams.
- Supports nursing training by organizing schedules and maintaining training records.
- Assists with audits, manages inventory, and coordinates with HR on staffing matters such as leave, uniforms, and medical checks. Additional tasks may be assigned by senior nursing leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in administrative roles. Experience in health care and/or nursing will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in minutes and IT applications (eg. MS Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint)
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (google calendar/ Drives/ Sheets, Power BI etc)
- Able to navigate AIC platforms and referral systems such as the IRMS/ ILTC portal
- Able to utilize CRM/ other related HR/ IT software to perform requisite internal processes
- Able and willing to perform related functions to support the team's operational readiness and uninterrupted service delivery
