Operations Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the beef franchise outlets to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels of beef and related products.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality products.
• Supervise store managers and operational staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining smooth business flow.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support training and development of operational teams to maintain high performance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
