Job Description:

The project manager is responsible for the fulfilment of the KPIs and deliverables identified through the NCSS’ Organisational Health Diagnosis Scheme (OHDS). Your duties include managing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to enhance process efficiency in the various functional areas of CARE Singapore and establishing SOPs for a future-ready organisation.


You will report directly to the Executive Leadership Team.

  • Develop and implement SOPs to support various functional areas like HR (staff onboarding, performance management, benefits, reimbursement), Finance and Procurement etc
  • Develop frameworks to ensure key people-related processes are standardised and documented in a SOP framework so that there is consistent approach to work processes, in the face of any manpower turnover.
  • Bring about clarity and staff confidence in performing their job roles and enhance operational cohesiveness between different operational units as they interact.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of a revised Staff Handbook. The handbook will provide clear operating guidelines.
  • Manage change management process to bring about improvement for People domain in OHFSS


Job Requirements:

  • Recognised degree
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience of which at least 2 years in a management capacity
  • Prior experience in project management will be an advantage and a track record can be an advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good analytical skills coupled with the ability to think creatively and strategically
