MEICA Manager @ Tuas

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess full knowledge of MEICA design and delivery across projects.
• Manage a multidisciplinary subcontractor and their team of engineers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, standards, and technical specifications.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of MEICA systems.
• Coordinate with civil and process teams.
• Budget management and reporting.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years of experience in MEICA design and implementation.
• Proven leadership experience in water, wastewater, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of PUB standards.
• Project management certifications desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
