LEGAL ASSOCIATE

We seek a bright, young and energetic legal associate interested in undertaking interesting Corporate M&A / Corporate transactions and advisory work. The position comes with plenty of opportunity for guided exposure and the prospect of long term career development.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of post-admission working experience
• Essential experience: Corp M&A transactions, Private Equity
• Preferred but not essential experience: AI, Data Protection, Technology, Biotech, Pharma
• Languages: English essential; spoken and written Mandarin preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
