Senior F&B Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support Management in overseeing daily operations of outlet, ensuring service consistency and operational efficiency
• Drive sales performance by meeting targets, monitoring results, and implementing sales initiatives
• Develop and lead sales-focused training for supervsior and front-line staff
• Execute promotions and drive foot traffic and customer engagement
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Oversee inventory control, procurement efficiency, and cost management with outlet teams
• Maintain high service standards through regular audits, SOP enforcement, and staff coaching
• Manage outlet teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews

Requirements

• 5 years of F&B operations and sales experience, with proven track record in sales and team supervision
• Hands-on experience in customer engagement and upselling techniques
• Effective leadership and communication skills; able to motivate and align multi-outlet teams
• Make decisions to ensue that the restuarant top line and bottom line is met
• Comfortable with POS systems, sales dashboards, and inventory tools
• Education in Business Management, or a related field
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
