We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our accounting department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys working with numbers, and is looking for a flexible work arrangement. You will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations of accounting processes.

- Checking invoices to customers on a daily basis for both Service & Maintenance by Xero/Microsoft Dynamics System.
- Check the data entered tally with customers’ invoices and quotation and verify any errors with the relevant department.
- Printing out invoices, email/mail it out with SO/MO attached to customers.
- Follow-up on overdue invoices by email or phone calls on a weekly basis.
- Perform bookkeeping activities.
- Perform other duties which assigned by your superior, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Required to work from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (timing might be shorter)
- Available to work on-site at our office throughout the 2-month period
