Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handles and checks daily sales collection
  • Handles sales quotation
  • Responsible for monthly sales report
  • Responsible for accounts receivables duties
  • Handles exhibits related duties

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Handles staffs claims and reimbursement on a timely basis
  • Handles month-end inventory
  • General administrative and filing works
  • Update accounting records
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management
