Employment Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for local and/or foreign job placements
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on skills and employer requirements
• Prepare job descriptions, employment contracts, and submit work pass applications
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and maintain long-term relationships
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment agency guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation and CRM records of placements and client interactions
• Provide guidance to job seekers on resume writing, interviews, and career readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
• MOM Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) – Basic or KAH
• At least 3 years of recruitment or placement experience in an employment agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with MOM systems (e.g. WPOL, EPOL) is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
